After a 3-1 win over Rapid City tonight. They lead Evansville by one point in the Turner Conference, but the IceMen play Sunday at home against Bloomington while the Komets are riding the bus home.
Chris Auger got the first Fort Wayne goal after a nice rush and set-up by Frankie DeAngelis, and Colin Chaulk set up Bobby Chaumont for a power-play goal in the final seconds of the period. Komets out-shot the Rush 14-5 in the first period.
