Geez, no P.C. to gripe about, and now no Warner to bellyache about. Looks like some of the bloggers have decided to pick on Blake instead. Won't affect my destiny, but for the record, I was also tired of the mysterious predictions and then the unsubstantiated "told you so's." If you know something positively and you are obligated not to share it, how about keeping it to yourself. Oh yeah, I predict the sun may or may not shine tomorrow. If I'm right, I da man!

You say no body how about Legault-Henley-Woods-Cescon-Milam-Thomas etc. you & franke says "no" then then are signed.Just like you asked I didn't tell about Hodgman. I also said that a D-MAN would not be here & let you tell, without telling the reason=last post.

Just got on and WOW! First of all good luck to BW. I was never thrilled with his hockey but with him being local and from the same school as my kids I was hoping beyond hope he would do well. It just never really happened. As far as Mightbite I for one liked hearing "New signing to be announced soon". He was right more often than not. It made for good posting on here. For him to be called out was unnecessary I feel. Its not like he said Billy Bob Jim Joe has stated Harry Horsefeathers will be here to sign with the Komets and it never happened. I posted that Reiter wasn't coming back and he was pursuing other opportunities and I never got called out. Sure I mentioned his name and I had a source. But Mightbite has his source also. And I'm sure its credible. Sorry Blake, but I'm I think you went a little over the top on this one. And Hit, if Mightbite is 6'5" 300 lbs., theres our goon.

I would like to add alittle to this blog. I try to read this blog as much as i can, but when Mightbite does add something to the fact of a player coming in, i stayed glued to this site to find out who it is! So it seems as for 1 person (Me) it helps your blog Blake. I could care less if mightbite is right or wrong on his predictions. It makes me stayed glued to this site.

Also im glad to see Warner go. His first year here i was a big fan seeing as he was from Huntertown. But as the years went on he just couldnt keep up, so i started harping on him during games. But with me i voice my opinion equally with anyone playing hockey for the K's. If you screw up im gonna yell, it just so happened Warner seemed to do it more then anyone so i yelled more at him then anyone.

Im not gonna bash Blake for his comments towards Mightbite, everyone has their opinions. I think it could have been handled differently but it cant be undone now

Same crap here..same five people dictating the blog..thanks Blake for providing all the EXTRA info on our beloved komets over the years..most on here tend to forget what the true forum is here..myself included at times..those TRULY involved in the hockey world appreciate your professionalism and credibility..go komets

I am done posting on here. I am truly stunned at the ugliness of the attacks lately on mightbite, and honestly don't see Blake's side of the argument. Therefore, I see no reason to be here.

This is crazy!

People upset at Mightbite's predictions, the forum leader threatening to ban bloggers for posting, bloggers telling others to "shut up", etc, all uncalled for, all out of control.

So here's my thoughts:

Mightbite, keep posting. I enjoy reading what you have. If others don't, well, they can skip what is written.

Alan, forget about Canuck's post. Keep posting! Your posts are insightful and logical...I like that.

BLB, you are 100% correct, this became ugly, and there was no reason for that.

The mean-spiritedness that I read on here today was worse than the high school drama I see everyday at my job.

I chose the path today to try and throw in humor and little jokes here and there because I frankly hate the tension here. It is laughable when 3 or 4 of the bloggers here talk about the 74 other bloggers that are so-called Negative or the Problems of the group. It is always those some 3 or 4 that troll a post here or there whenever Blake blows his lid. This thread today has been pretty interesting to see how outside of the box the so called 5 or 6 that drive everyone away are.

I would venture to say there are several potential bloggers that avoid this site because of you 3 or 4 that are so narrow minded and just tend to conform with whatever you are fed and don't ever think outside of the box and think for yourselves. It is ok to disagree and debate topics without being told to shut up or personal attacks.

I have blogged here since day one pretty much. This has been a fun place to share ideas and stories, talk about our favorite team, complain about a bad game, cheer the good games.

Some lose sight that this is not always going to be Unicorns and Rainbows. There will be times like today where something happens that upsets some and then turns into a war.

After all this rant...

I think everyone needs to take a deep breath, move along....and most importantly remember one thing....95% of us who post here have one common thread...we are all Komet Fans first and foremost. Remember that people will say things that you might not agree with or might not understand. Attack the position and not the person. That is something I try to remember everytime I post.

There are some great people here. Everyone needs to simply remember to allow one another their ability to voice an opinion, or post some info, or dream about what they wish the Komets would be doing.

Mightbite is all right by me. I think he is being unfairly attacked. I think many of us have been unfairly attacked a time or two.

Let's all move on and get back to talking about Hockey.

I will back Mightbite up, I heard that Lovell has been in Fort Wayne since Thursday and had his physical that day, and that he couldnt be signed and play over the weekend because of said immigration issues. I also said that it would be announced Monday, alas it was Tuesday. I was a day off. Mightbite was correct.

I like mightbites post..often get a chuckle or two..who cares what his predictions are as everyone has a choice to decide for themselves the credibility of the post..the difference is Blake has a responsibility to be credible as this is what his profession dictates..mightbite has no such responsibilty..it is a blog ...no harm in opinion or predictions.
