The tests are showing very little brain activity. Tim has a do not recesiate order.

Khris said anyone who wishes to can go to Parkview over the weekend to say goodbye. He's in room 1209 and visiting hours are from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

New Komets defenseman Jamie Milam wanted to play in Fort Wayne last year, but...

``...Luckily they ran out of room,'' he said with a laugh. Instead, Milam signed with Boosier-Shreveport and won a Central Hockey League playoff title.

When the Mudbugs folded at the end of last season, the Komets went right after Milam and signed him.

I just talked with his wife and she said she has been reading the blog and appreciates everyone's kind words and especially your prayers.

Things are not looking that good right now. Tim has not emerged from his unconscious state. Doctors say the majority of patients wake up within 72 hours once they are off all the medications and sedatives. That would be Friday evening for Tim. So far

The Komets announced Wednesday that they have added two players from the 2011 CHL Champion Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs to the preseason roster.  Defenseman Jamie Milam and forward Brett Smith have agreed to terms and will be in the Komet camp when it opens October 10 in preparation of Fort Wayne's 60th anniversary season.
