The Northern Indiana Convertible Club is hosting the 2nd Annual Charis House Cruise-In on Saturday from 1pm - 4pm.
For a $5 entry fee you may enter your vehicle in this event. The proceeds will benefit the Charis House Campaign Fund. We are also planning on having tours of the facility so the public may gain a better understanding and see first hand the way the lives of women and children are changed in a caring, Christ centered recovery program.
There will be other activities planned for the kids and at the end of the event there will be several unique awards presented.
Gerry Festa (former Komet goalie) and Colin Chaulk hockey schools coming to Canlan Ice Arena this summer. The camps will be held July 8-12th. Joining Gerry at the goalie camp will be Nick Boucher and Larkin Salfraank. Joining Colin in the player camp will be Jamie Lovell, Jackson Leef, Jacob Kohlmeyer, Kaleigh Schrock, Frankie DeAngelis, and Stephon Thorne.

The National Anthem in Boston last night.
Been at a few concerts like that, but I've always wondered what it would be like to have everyone sing the National Anthem for once instead of just taking it for granted. Seriously not sure I could handle it. What a moment last night.
