All-star game?

What do you guys think about the CHL All-Star Game? Would you pay to watch it if it came to Fort Wayne?

I have to say I would not. I'm bored to death of all-star game where nobody plays hard, and truthfully, why should they? It doesn't matter. The pomp and circumstance of an all-star game is fine, as long as the game ends after two periods. I remember the last two all-star games Fort Wayne hosted when everybody left after two periods and I had to stay for the third.

Couple of notes

* Talked to Leo Thomas today after practice and he's wearing a walking boot on his sprained ankle. He said he rode the bike hard yesterday and it felt a little sore today. He's hoping to resume skating on Monday, but won't be able to play next Wednesday.

* Looks like the Komets may have to reschedule a game in February when the have four games scheduled in four nights Feb. 18-21. The players association is saying no dice, which is the right call.
