11 ways to drive us crazy

America's Top Ten Driving Peeves. No surprise that No. 1 is distracted drivers talking on cell phones. My No. 11 would be: Bicycle riders who don't think the rules of the road (like stopping at red lights) apply to them.

While I whole-heartedly agree with #11...I wonder why you STOPPED there?

For example:

#12 - Drivers who SPEED up when you're trying to cross a street, and SLOW DOWN when you wait on the curb.

#13 - People who have their seats in the FULLY-RECLINED position...guess they figure on pulling some MAJOR *Gs*???

#14 - Tossing ANYTHING from a moving vehicle window (assault by stupidity?)

#15 - People who use the car's HORN instead of knocking on a door...(ghetto doorbell syndrome)

#16 - Drivers who have NO idea where that loud noise is coming from UNDER their vehicle...(pssst...it's called a MUFFLER...as in GET ONE)

#17 - People who don't realize that vehicular lighting is for EVERYONE'S safety (as in...is that a car OR a motorcycle weaving towards me in the dark?)

#18 - People who can't figure out exactly WHERE their license plate should go (should I spend 79 cents to get some screws for the location the plate is SUPPOSED to go...or just leave it in the back window for FREE?)

#19 - Drivers who enjoy parking UP ON a curb, as opposed to alongside of one (and that's called PARALLEL parking for a REASON my friends)

#20 - Drivers who just LOVE to share their "(c)rap" music with EVERYONE...THREE blocks away...at TWO FREAKING AM (acoustic terrorism anyone???)

Sometimes they just don't make the *list* long enough....

#21. People who zoom in from the interstate on-ramp, so intent on getting in front of me that they nearly clip the front of my car, THEN slow down.

#22. People who go to drive-thrus meant to speed things along, whether at a fast-food joint or drug store or whatever, and try to place an order or transact business that will take at least half an hour, usually with me right behind them and somebody right behind me so I can't back out and stop waiting.
