Cowards:

Mindful of the political risks, Republican presidential hopefuls treaded gingerly - or ducked - as House Republicans unveiled a budget plan that would slash federal spending by about $5 trillion over 10 years while revamping health programs for the elderly and poor.

If they care more about getting elected than being honest about the fiscal mess we're in, screw 'em.

It's going to be fascinating on both sides because no matter what your political beliefs may be, this is a simple math problem and it's too late to hide or spin away "trillions" anymore.

The democrats 1st response of course will be along the lines of what they've always said when budget cuts come up "Republicans forcing seniors to eat cat food", should be fun.
