'bye Bayh

Now that Evan Bayh is sinking back into the obscurity of being Indiana's junior senator, perhaps you can handle the 10 things you didn't now about him. This is my favorite:

As a child Bayh had a sleep-over in the Lincoln Bedroom during the Johnson Administration during which he was awed by the television remote control — rare at the time.

That's not too boring. If Bayh had been chosen, Indiana would have suffered the same national scorn we did when Bush 41 picked Dan Quayle. As a child, I had a sleep-over at my aunt's house. My cousin indstroduced me to playing roulette by drawing the wheel on his mother's kitchen table with a crayon and using a nail file as the spinner, rare at the time.
