Clash of the Titans

OK, I take back the crack about the Clintons. This is what's really fun:

ANIMOSITY among MSNBC anchors has reached a mile-high peak at the Democratic National Convention in Denver, with on-air squabbling between such big egos as Joe Scarborough, Keith Olbermann, Chris Matthews and David Shuster.

Ratings be hanged, it is Olbermann who should be "banned" if MSNBC aspires to be taken seriously some day.

Keith's been getting by for years now on his pale plagiarism of the David Letterman show, from throwing pens through fake windows to Dave's signature top ten list.

MSNBC might as well upgrade to Jon Stuart and drop the news charade.

But first MSNBC should take a moment to splash some cold water in their faces, and then ask themselves why they didn't instantly and summarily fire an employee who thinks the solution to their problem is to kick out Tom Brokaw.
