Let's hear it for one more arrogant f**kface who thinks the people work for him and not the other way around.
This remarkably backward state would be in much better shape if it didn't have such regressive taxes. A progressive income tax, as opposed to our current flat tax, would let the wealthy pay their fair share. That would help considerably. And the recent local reductions in property taxes likewise favor the wealthy, and forced an increase in sales taxes. When will the working people of Indiana stop voting against their own interests?
