Discretionary income aside, aren't RURAL areas more "farther away" from places that have public transportaion like buses and trains (and even neighbors and friends with transportation)?
Isn't THAT why it's NOT known as URBAN, but rather RURAL in the first place?
I think FARK "farked up" on this one a tad.
