Tailing the Komets

Game 2

We'll start off with this: Komets are 25-0 in series where they take a 2-0 lead and 21-22 when they are tied 1-1 in a series.

Here's an easy trivia question: Only two times have the Komets opened playoff series by winning the first two games on the road. When and where?

Total attendance at both games in Bloomington was just over 4000. Thats really sad. And Komet fans probably totaled about 1000-1200 of those. It would be nice to see at least 8000 Wednesday but with spring breaks and middle of the week game, thats going to be hard to reach. But at least there will be more than the 4000 fans in Bloomingdale's.

Bloomington's heavyweight didn't help them in these two games. In fact, he may have been our best friend in the first game!

Anyone know if they did anything to our ice over this little break?

Bloomy fans better have gotten it out of their system. They've seen their last hockey game for this season.

The basketball team is done so that should help considerably.

BTW the puck was bouncy both nights. It was 80 degrees outside. The arena is colder than the MC though.
