Today, we test your powers of observation and deduction. You've probably heard about the town manager in Florida who was fired when it was discovered that the manager's spouse was a porn star. The town is defending the move because it feared governance would be difficult "with all the disruption and interruption," which is, oops, just what it has since news of the firing broke. Anyway, your quiz today: Which one is the porn star?
Good call! But it would have been nifty if it had been the other way around, eh? Oh, well, an old fogy can dream, can't he?

If his "wife" was black, or named "Bruce" it would never have een an issue.
Do you really believe the denizens of Fort Myers beach would have found his marriage to a wife who has a porn Web site a non-issue if she was black?
You are ignorant of the area and the people who make up FMB. And worse, that statement is bigoted.

I think you missed Tim's point. He's not saying it wouldn't be an issue if the spouse were gay or black AND a porn star, Just gay or black. There is a list in polite society today of people against whom it's not cool to discriminate. Blacks and gays are on the list, as are Muslims and women, to name a few. Christians are not on the list or porn stars, either, interestingly enough. Mental illness isn't on the list, but it's getting there.
Yep, sure missed Tim's point. I'm shocked to know my favorite rocker, "Bruce" Springsteen, has a first name associated with homsexuality.
The stereotypes are almost comical.
