This won't really hurt Barry, Harry and friends. They've pretty much done enough damage with the stimulus, health care, and financial reform to kill the economy for years to come. Roughly six thousand pages of onerous regulations and taxes that will slowly choke every business in America with the exception of the union shops and the public employees.
