Mayor Bloomberg has a special Valentine's Day gift for New Yorkers - new NYC-branded condoms. And they're free.

"We encourage New Yorkers to stay safe on Valentine's Day, and every day, by using condoms," said Dr. Monica Sweeney, the department's assistant commissioner for HIV prevention and control.
I want to stay safe every day, too, so I soon hope to see some Washington, D.C.-branded condoms. Just sayin'.

Classic example of government (at any level) meddling in sh&t it has no business meddling in, much less spending taxpayers money on condom give-aways....Now, I know, I know. The good liberal mantra is to (in so many words) "protect these stupid mother f^%$#rs from themselves and each other, as they don't have a lick of common sense and it is our job as the government to protect them".
Damn, I miss natural selection.
