Looks like a clear case of DWI -- driving while incinerating:
A woman was arrested after troopers say she was driving her car down the road, too intoxicated to notice that it was on fire.
She told troopers she had two shots of vodka earlier in the day. Holcomb was given a breathalyzer test and registered a 0.12.
Most people with outrageous amounts of alcohol in their blood usually say they just had "two glasses of wine" or "a couple of beers" or "rum cake on an empty stomach." At least she was smart enough to kow that "two shots of vodka" didn't make her sound like a complete moron.

One change to the story that would add to its charm: the lady's "admission" that she was practicing her circus act's fire-eating routine when the vehicle accidentally ignited.
