Actually, I saw some modest improvement in the way Derek called the game. I did'nt see what happened regarding Hansen's misconduct, but I was told that he said something that the referee did'nt appreciate. I think Derek let them play more 5 on 5....but we still had 11 PP chances. It will be interesting to see if we're still having this conversation midway thru the season (which I have my doubts)
Hanson got the 10 minute misconduct for saying the "F" word, and no, it wasn't fun.... LOL. I could clearly hear Hanson say it and I was a good 50 feet away.
Speaking of say that, did anyone hear (I should say did anyone NOT hear) Domber yet at the end of the second? He was tripped or slashed behind the play, which the ref didn't see. Domber got up and yelled, "What the F--- are you looking at!!!" I had to laugh when the little old lady in front of me asked her husband, "What did he say?"

I went to bed Saturday night saying the Captain Caveman thing over and over in my head. When Domber had walked out of the locker room that was the first thing that popped into my head. We went on-line Sunday morning and you can pick up some Captain Caveman t-shirts. That would be too funny. This is not a slam on Domber, I think he's great. Just can't help thinking about that now.
