Drat. Al Gore has seen through our global-warming denial:

They're almost like the ones who still believe that the moon landing was staged in a movie lot in Arizona and those who believe the earth is flat. That demeans them a little bit, but it's not that far off," Gore said.
Actually, I think the moon is flat, and it was the 2000 election that was staged on a movie lot in Arizona. Just like Florida, but not as humid.

Anyone who tries to confirm the details in "An Inconvenient Truth" runs into problems right away. Almost everything Gore says turns out to be false.
And statistics show that over the last decade, the earth has actually been cooling, not warming.
And those who consider the earth as flat include surveyors. We use plane geometry to define the metes and bounds of real estate.
