You can tell the playoffs are here, i was hoarse before the end of the first period.
The die hards were in full force, would have liked to have heard 10,500 getting rowdy though.
IMO the majority of the crowd was into the Rock and Roll II chant. Keep it playing loud and long.
39 of us tuesday caught 1 shirt and 1 chuck a pig prize. Not too bad i guess. 43 of us confirmed for thursday, everyone needs to show up and get rowdy.
With Martinsons previous records and wins i am kind of surprised that his whole team is a bunch of whiny babies, they complain constantly. They lack the talent, skill and coaching wisdom to take the cup this year. They also lack the discipline needed, what Big Snit did was absolutely stupid, if all of his major penalties were like that this year he is basically worthless. Chaz Johnson is another major idiot, i'm glad those two and the rest of them are on Rockford and not our team.
Hopefully we got the uglies out these first three games, i seen some defensive lapses that worried me, but i've seen that rut before this year and they broke out of it.
Looking for a good solid game all around Thursday.

Teresa-Gotta remember that Kelly Miller will be a vet next season. That will put Miller at a disadvantage of coming back. Personally I agree with you, I really hope he's on the roster next year. Slow start but a great pick-up this season.
Hope we have a much bigger crowd tomorrow night than last night. I was very disappointed in the attendance. I'm with Burgee - let's really stick it to those little (or should I say BIG) piggies. Let's all wear our orange and black and cheer our boys on to another victory! Oh, and bring the BBQ sauce! Let's go K's!!!
One reason playoff attendance falls below the regular season is because many of the corporatioms that buy season tickets and give them to employees/customers do not renew those seats for the playoffs.
Not all of the regular season tickets holders do, either. Although I am sure the majority do.
Chaulk and all were probaly keeping a low profile so they wouldn't be slobbered all over and pestered by you adoring girls.
That's exactly right Skate. They would actually like to be able to watch the game if they could in case they pick up something they think the boys could use.
Why not have Chaulk behind the bench in a suit? I realize you can't do that with every injured player but it does happen on occasion when a captain or other veteran leader has been hurt.
I think the UHL limits the number of people behind the bench that are not in uniform. Of course, I could be mistaken.
