And your little girl, too

This week's nominee for the public-relations-challenged sweepstakes:

A central Indiana prosecutor doesn't want to give a 10-year-old girl her piggy bank back.

The Reporter-Times of Martinsville reported that Morgan County Prosecutor Steve Sonnega has filed a motion asking a Superior Court judge in the central Indiana county to reverse his order to give the piggy bank back to the daughter of Russell Hill.

[. . .]

Sonnega said the bank is a large water bottle and that in addition to containing money, it might have evidence inside.

Yeah, evidence. Somebody call Morgan County CSI. Hill was charged with "professional gambling" and "promoting professional gambling," which everybody knows only the state is allowed to do. Probably a lot of quarters in that piggy bank; isn't that the preferred denomination of the professional gambler?
