Winger Justin Chwedoruk, who is playing this season in Denmark, said he'd be very interested in returning to the Komets if his team does not make the playoffs.
``I loved my time in Fort Wayne and if we don't make the playoffs, which is unfortunately a big possibility, I would be very happy to come back to Fort Wayne if the opportunity arises,'' Chwedoruk said.
Last year he scored 16 goals and 33 points in 66 games last year with the Komets. The Rodovre Mighty Bulls are currently 5-15 and in seventh place in the Danish AL-Bank Ligaen where six of the eight teams make the playoffs.
The CHL's European signing deadline is Feb. 14, a week before the Danish regular season finishes.
``We'll just have to see where we're at and where he's at at that time,'' David Franke said.
