Hey, Hoosiers know what's important in life:
Indiana still boasts 12 of the nation’s 13 largest high school gyms. That is one reason people continue to romanticize the state’s relationship to basketball.
But everything changes. The story focuses on the Wigwam in Anderson. Fans managed to fill its 8,996 seats back in the days when divorce cases in Anderson involved who got custody of season tickets. This year, for the first time in 50 years, the Anderson Indians didn't play in the Wigwam. The team played in a new facility seating only 2,800. Hard to imagine, but high school basketball isn't what it once was in Indiana.
