Five Clayton, Ind., high school students have been suspended and a janitor fired after a senior prank in which they decorated the school with more than 10,000 Post-It notes:
The kids say a school board member gave them a key to get into the school after hours and the head custodian helped them coordinate the time to go in.
Patrick Spray, Superintendent of Clayton Schools, says that although there was no damage, they did not have permission to be on the premises and that there are consequences for their actions.
Some are saying the punishment was too harsh and many students wore Post-It notes to school in protest.
Nothing clever to say here. I just like stories about kids being creatively mischevious without being destructive. Wearing Post-It notes in protest -- brilliant!
