Anybody else watch the Indiana-Temple nailbiter all the way through?
Indiana's victory wasn't a work of art, but the Hoosiers will gladly take it warts and all in a tournament that has already seen a No. 1 seed, a No. 2 seed and a No. 3 seed eliminated. They survived a physical, bruising defensive struggle, exactly the type of game that had produced two of their previous losses against Wisconsin earlier this season.
Not a work of art, indeed. It's interesting how even a very good team like Indiana can get so out of sync in a game. And when that happens, each error increases the pressure to quickly recover, which in turn creates more errors. So it was pleasantly surprising to see them find their rhythm enough to have a late-game spurt. Whew.
