Most awful idea of the day:

Get that? Two years of free college, and colleges have to pay back students who don't graduate in four years.
No, that's not from Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama, although it's eerily similar to what they talk about. It's from Jeb "I'm the conservative one in the family" Bush. Rmember that story a few weeks ago about how certain big donors were funneling money to hillary and jeb both because either one would be OK with them? So don't act so surprised.
