You've heard about hobos. Before they were called the homeless, you see, these cats would just ride the rails, man, hop on that train and go . . . always some adventure somewhere down the line, a hot meal or two for chopping a little wood. Well, they're back, apparently:
ANDERSON, Ind. - A Madison County cat is back home after making a trip its owner still can't believe.
Five-month old Rascal went missing about two weeks ago from her home in Anderson. On Thursday, she was found at a shipping business in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
Brenda McCool owns Rascal, and believes she hopped the train behind their mobile home. She couldn't believe her cat made a trip that far away.
