Blog State University

New to the blogosphere: Ball State is trying an interesting experiment. Twelve students are chronicling their school year in blogs using technology provided by the school, which hopes the effort will help attract new students. The blogs are sanctioned by Ball State, but school officials insist the online documents are uncensored. Let's see if that holds up if the blogs turn profane or become overly critical of the university. They should be worth peeking in on occasionally, if for no other reason because of the cutting-edge technology, which promises to make video and podcasting, among other things, routine.

UPDATE: One of the 12 students is Krista Quesenberry, a 2002 Snider High School graduate.
