Well, Butler lost, so let's pick on Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski. The Indianapolis Star caused a stir when it pulled an illustration of Coach K from its city edition and apologized to him for having run it in the state edition. Intended to show the love-him-or-hate-him image of the coach, the illustration featured a photograph of him made to look like someone had defaced it with a ballpoint pen. Editor Dennis Ryerson wrote a Saturday column about the issue, and the Star brass got busy throwing the illustrator under the bus:
