Democratic House Speaker Patrick Bauer of South Bend wants to adjourn by Thursday.

Republican Senate Leader David Long of Fort Wayne also says he wants to wrap up business this week.
The deadline is March 14. Quitting by this Thursday (the 4th) means we could stop holding our breaths, wondering what mischief was still to come, a whole 10 days sooner.
