Loverboy

This guy doesn't strike me as someone women would be falling all over themselves over, but he must have something, since he's allegedly slept with hundreds of them, and apparently with evil intent:

Although diagnosed in 2004, investigators say Perkins broke the law by not informing the women he slept with that he was HIV-positive. The ex-girlfriend believes "hundreds" of women may be affected.

The woman, who wanted her identity protected, said she learned about Perkins' condition after a confrontation with Perkins. During that meeting, she said he admitted to intentionally withholding the information.

"A whore gave it to me, so whatever whore sleeps with me deserves to get it," the woman said.

Sounds like a pretty good case could be make for attempted murder, but that's not the current state of disclosure laws. "Failure to disclose" is at least a felony in Indiana, but some people even object to that because it puts the confidentialty of all HIV-positive people at stake.

This has "made-for-TV movie" written all over it, doesn't it?
