Shocking, simply shocking:
A Muncie man was arrested Sunday for driving a scooter intoxicated on Interstate 69.
Tobey E. Gaddis was spotted Sunday morning heading southbound on a scooter on I-69, when an Indiana State Police trooper pulled him over. Scooters and mo-peds are not allowed on the U.S. interstate systems.
After an investigation, the trooper determined that Gaddis was intoxicated. On top of that, Gaddis was driving without a license because it had been suspended for life due to habitual traffic violations.
The samet thing flashes through my mind every time I see a scooter on the road, especially a moped: Bad driver who shouldn't even be on the road; stay as far the hell away as possible.
