Sounds like a winner to me:
Jobless Hoosiers who chose to use illegal drugs while drawing unemployment may be doing so on borrowed time.
A bill moving in the Senate would ask Indiana residents applying for unemployment to declare on their application that they will refrain from illegal drug use that could keep them from getting a job.

The bill also states applicants are subject to "penalty of perjury" if they sign drug-free agreements and are found to be under the influence. According to state code, perjury is a Class D felony, carrying consequences of up to three years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
There is some disagreement in the comments. "Leave people alone," says one person. "Indiana politicians and some of the citizens love to impose their morals and lifestyles on everyone else." Another says sarcastically that maybe "we should test them for cigarettes, too. And alcohol. And prescription drugs. And see if they have cable. Or own more than one car or own a house."
But what we're talking about is illegal drugs. Not wanting my tax dollars to pay somebody to lay around the house and ingest them is not the same as trying to impose my morality on them.
