The Komets expect the next series to start next Friday and Saturday in Rapid City. They would leave by sleeper bus on Wednesday and maybe stop halfway to practice before completing the trip.

I asked former NHL referee Ray Scampinello about the lack of a call the other night when Kaleigh Schrock skated away from Chris Cloud after he dropped his gloves and stick to fight. Ray said the referee has the option of giving him an unsportsmanlike conduct call, but he is not required to. It's a judgment call.

No changes for Komets in Game 3
Bloomington's Garrett Klotz has been called up to Adirondack of the AHL.
Bobby Phillips won't play Wednesday but said he's improving and could have played if the Komets had been down 2-0 in the series.
The Komets will wear white at home the rest of the playoffs after wearing black in the second half.
Bloomington's two leading scorers, Jason Dale, had only five shots and one assist in the first two games.
