You can read the column about his retirement here.
I'll have more later, but this is a list of accomplishment Boucher had compiled by the Komets' Chuck Bailey. It's a very impressive list, and not just from Fort Wayne.
Nick Boucher’s pro hockey career at a glance—
•1999-00—Began his college career at Dartmouth College, NCAA. Named Dartmouth Rookie of the Year and team MVP for 1999-00.
•2000—Drafted by Pittsburgh in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft.

Especially to all the hockey moms, who we know are much more dedicated than soccer moms because they have to get up so stinking early and travel so far to find icetime for their kids. It definitely takes a special breed.
Plus some Youtube links to some Cleveland playoff games.

Thanks to Larry for the suggestion which I stole. LOL.
Some interesting stuff.
Games 1 and 2 against the Knights. I don't care what anybody says, Game 2 in Atlanta was the best playoff game I saw that season. It was far better than Game 3 overtime against San Diego in Fort Wayne. Too bad 99 percent of the fans in Fort Wayne didn't get to see that game because it was a classic. Probably the highest-quality Komets' game I've ever covered.
