I'm picturing giving my son advice about why he should be one of the good guys:
"Yes, son, it's true that the girls will go to the bad guys for the wild, thrill-filled sex. But just you be patient and she'll come to you for a steady paycheck and help with child rearing."
I'll have to work on my pitch, because that's not very persuasive.
Well, Doug...I've heard "better" pitches, such as:
"Because I'm your father...and I SAY SO."
That always worked well with me.

I've also noticed -- I wonder if anyone has done a study -- that a lot of the wild guys also end up with daughters when they finally settle down. They find themselves constantly fearing what their daughters might be doing when they don't come home on time.
