Now is the time to get out and enjoy the parks. I stopped off on the way home from work today and snapped some pictures at Foster Park. Here are a few of them.

Leo, you could take up landscape photography. Nice shots!
Actually, I have trouble with flowers (if anyone wants to give me some tips). I always seem to get too close or too far away. I went to Foster to get pictures of all the tulips, because I heard on the radio that this was the peak time for them in Fort Wayne. But I wasn't happy with any of them.
I could provide some tips, but it would be with a camera that uses FILM (they still make those???)
I started out with a TOTALLY manual SLR (single lens reflex) rig made in (of all places) the former USSR!
Used to be able to get within 3-4 INCHES of a flower and get some really great shots.
With that setup, you have to adjust the depth of field, aperture opening, and shutter speed (while remembering the ASA of the film), BY HAND...then cross your fingers and snap the pic...then get the film developed (constant prayer ALWAYS figured in at THIS point).
Great way to LEARN about photography...in it's most BASIC form...lol!
Have fun with it...digital tech is WAY cheaper than developing costs for film. And I'm STILL figuring out the digital realm.
