Hey, just in case you were worried about the old Memorial Stadium not having a useful future:
INDIANAPOLIS -
Hundreds of vehicles destined for the scrap heap are filling what once was the outfield of the former minor league baseball stadium in Indianapolis.
A salvage company is leasing the Bush Stadium field from the city parks department to store vehicles it collected in the federal Cash for Clunkers program.
A good, clean junkyard is just what that part of Fort Wayne needs, don't you think? And, by the way, do you realize the new ParkView Field has now had a whole season of use? God knows what shape it's in now that it's getting to the end of its functional life. Hadn't we better start the search for a new ball diamond immediately?

Seems we already have some "low-income" housing potential there, so you just might be onto something.
By all means...let he NEW search commence.
If you filled the field with junk cash for clunkers cars it would make for a fitting monument to remind citizens of just how wonderful the benefits of government intervention are.
Leo - With your outlook, you just might make a "Fort Wayne Downtowner" yet!
