Galt trip

Gee, I wonder why:

Washington, D.C., February 23, 2009--Sales of Ayn Rand's “Atlas Shrugged” have almost tripled over the first seven weeks of this year compared with sales for the same period in 2008. This continues a strong trend after bookstore sales reached an all-time annual high in 2008 of about 200,000 copies sold.

I still like the "reverse Atlas" idea, too, though. Everybody who's been putting in, start figuring ways to take out, and let somebody else carry the load for awhile.

Yep, that's one of MY favorite books...

Curiously enough, I had a dear friend that passed several years ago named HENRY REARDON.
(Who is BOB Galt?)

Yes Leo, one person can only put SO many shoulders to SO many wheels for a finite period of time...
Time to take a break.
(too many of us deserve one)

It still makes me wonder about those that put NOTHING in, and yet get a helluva lot more OUT than those of us that did (and in many cases, still do).
Oh, wait...that's our "stimulus package" in a nutshell, isn't it?
