What is the context of this ruling. On what basis are they coming to the conclusion that mobile phones are forbidden for women? In the NWFP of Pakistan what are women using their phones for? By just stating the ruling without giving any of the details you are just spreading anti-Islamic propaganda.

Well zoomash, It's my understanding the "infidels" are simply those who are NOT muslim. Of course I could be mistaken, as it seems they DO seem to blow up a lot of Muslims too in the course of any given day.

You can blame the west for all the ills of the Muslim population if it makes you feel better, as if our paying Muslim country's gazillions in oil revenue, bringing light to darkened rooms, bringing electricity and clean water, internal combustion engines, airplanes & air conditioning drove them to stay rooted in the 9th century.

There are number of great scholars, mathematicians, scientists who followed the teachings of Quran and were at top of there profession. 80% of the scientific facts in Quran have been proven right by modern scientists (many have even accepted Islam) and another 20% is being researched.

In North America, most of the Muslim growth in North America is from immigration - to Canada, not the US. Atheism is growing at a 3.51 rate, Hindu at a 3.13 rate, Sikh at a 2.81 rate, Buddhists at a 2.75 rate, and Baha'i at a 2.25 rate, compared to the paltry 1.56 rate for Muslims.
And what, you ask, is the fastest growing religion in the US and in North America? It's the Old Order Amish, who have been sustaining a 2.80 annual growth rate, year after year, since 1920 or earlier. If the OOA weren't breaking into multiple sects - there are 57 plain sects in Lancaster County, PA alone - their growth rate would be more than twice that.
Why are 2/3 of the new Muslims women? Because they are getting married to a Muslim who demands that they convert.
If you are looking for actual *believers*, rather than those who convert in name only, then those figures for the Amish are even more impressive, for there are virtually *no* converts to the Amish faith. They not only do not prosetylize, but they actively *discourage* anyone seeking to join their faith. There are many who choose as teenagers not to join the church. And when you realize that not every report of a rape means there was a rape, it's even worse. Feminists tell us that rape is a crime of violence, not a crime of passion, and the perp rarely climaxes, but there are 32,000 pregnancies every year supposedly resulting from those reported rapes.
A woman is only capable of being impregnated about 10% of the time during her fertile years, which run about a third of her life. That means about 3% of the female population can be impregnated at any given time.
But even if she CAN be impregnated doesn't mean she WILL be impregnated. We all know couples that try 4-5 times a week for months without her getting pregnant, and they AREN'T on the pill. In the US, 80% of all women have used oral contraceptives, according to ScienceDaily, and when you add injectable contraceptives like Depo/Provera, it's pretty obvious that those 32,000 cases were false reports.

If you can't figure out how many minutes there are in a year, and compare it to the number of reported rapes in a year, zoomash, the problem lies between YOUR ears, not mine. If you can't figure out that a 35% pregnancy rate on reported rapes means an awful lot of those "rapes" were consensual sex, you're even more a fool than I thought - which is hard.
