Fall back, Ya'll

Daylight Saving Time kicks in this weekend, so here's something to fret about:

For some, the beginning of Daylight Saving Time means an extra hour of sleep.

But for others it can mean a headache.

Doctors say the time change can cause cluster headaches that can last as long as eight weeks.

The portion of the brain that triggers these headaches also controls your body's rhythms.

The headaches I get are from the people who won't shut up about putting the whole state on Central time. DST seems to get them all revved up again every year.
