You remember the old joke. What do you call someone who graduated last in his medical class? Answer: Doctor!
We expect certain people to be smart simply because of their professions without stopping to realize that there's just no getting away from the bell curve. In addition to doctors, attorneys are right up there on the assumed-to-be-smarter-than-us list. But they all aren't. An Anderson attorney named Samuel Hasler -- in family law, no less -- was arrested for distributing child porn over the Internet:
According to charging documents, an agent for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement discovered an online forum being used for sharing and discussing sexual images of minors in October 2008.

On Dec. 8, an ICE agent found three images that were sent from someone with the screen name “Hoosierperv,” the documents said. Investigators later learned that Hasler was the owner of the account.
In a February online conversation, Hasler sent an undercover ICE investigator three more images.
