Climatebuster

Heh:

Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies! Rivers and seas boiling! Forty years of darkness! Earthquakes, volcanoes, the dead rising from the grave! Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together… mass hysteria!

One might remember the quote above from the movie Ghostbusters but it also works as a summary of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report on global warming released by the United Nations on Monday.

I don't think anybody in the warmist movement has noticed it yet, but they've started to go so over the top that they just can't be taken seriously anymore. If just one of them would address the fact that there has been no global warming for 17 and a half years, I might listen to something they have to say.

Well, no. Since their past models have not exactly been accurate, why should I have faith in the new ones.

Oh, did you happen to see this story last week?

Great Lakes levels will continue rising and falling in often unpredictable ways and people should learn to deal with the changes instead of trying to tame nature with costly engineering projects, experts said Thursday.

Good advice for the globa- climate-change crowd, huh? "Learn to deal with the changes." That's what the human race has always done.
