The topic of marijuana legalization has been a growing trend, especially now that 13 states have legalized it for medicinal purposes. Since Illinois is currently reconsidering a medicinal bill, the subject is coming closer to hitting home for many ISU students.

Legalization for medicinal purposes is not something that has been proposed yet in Indiana, but with neighbors Illinois and Michigan making decisions already, the state may get hit next in the circle.
The Indiana General Assembly will legalize pot for medicinal use about the same time it recognizes gay marriage, i.e., not in your lifetime, kid.
