I'm still trying to get my head around the fact that Bob Dylan has a Christmas album. I'm one of the world's biggest Dylan fans, but this still has to rank as one of the oddest musical decisions of all time. The amazon.com site at the link has samples of all the songs. Just listen to him croak out "The First Noel" or "Little Town of Bethlehem" in that bullfrog voice. (But his version of "I'll Be Home for Christmas" is strangely compelling.)
