Practice report

Komets spent a lot of time today working on conditioning, both on- and off-ice.

After watching the video, Komets coach Al Sims said, he really liked the play of Kaleigh Schrock, Matt Ward and Tyler Fletcher.

Rush leads 1-0 after one

Lots of speed, lots of penalties from guys not moving their feet. Rapid City goal was kind of a fluke that popped into the air off a deflection and over Boucher. Komets seemed to settle down in the second half of the period.
